What We Collect
- Quick Check form submissions — name, company name, country, email, phone, current ISO 9001 status, your question, and any additional information you provide, via the form at quick-check.php.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. RASOO does not see or store your card details; Stripe processes payment directly.
- Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4) collects standard usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) across this site.
- Live chat — if you use the Tawk.to chat widget, your messages are handled by Tawk.to, a third-party live chat provider.
- Attribution cookies — small first-party cookies (
iso9001_utm,iso9001_source) record which page and marketing source led to a Quick Check click, so we can route submissions correctly. These do not contain payment or personal data.
How We Use It
Information submitted through the Quick Check form is used to respond to your question and deliver the paid Quick Check review. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages and content are useful. We do not sell submitted information to third parties.
Where It's Stored
Quick Check submissions are stored in RASOO's own database. Analytics data is processed by Google. Chat messages are processed by Tawk.to. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on RASOO's servers.
